Meet Dr. Anthony Leonards

Education and Experience

Dr. Anthony Leonards was born in Minnesota but grew up in Sarasota. He graduated from Riverview High School in 1993. In 1995 he finished at Manatee Community College with an Associate of Arts. From there, he transferred to the University of Florida in Gainesville and earned his Bachelor of Science in chemistry in 1998. Dr. Leonards attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2002. After a year in private practice in New Port Richey, Dr. Leonards moved to the Sarasota area and joined Family Dentistree in 2003.

Outside the Office

Dr. Leonards lives in Sarasota with his wife Dawn. Together, they have been blessed with three amazing sons and have been given the privilege to welcome into their family a beautiful and loving girl they are happy to call their daughter, who has recently graduated college. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Leonards enjoys boating, and outdoor activities with his family.
